The thermal spraying center of Dalian maritime university, located in Dalian of Lianning Province, China，was established in 1999 guided by Dr.Y.Gao and supported by the 211 national education project. Its main spraying equipments include low power plasma spraying（5-20 kW）, high enthalpy bi-anode plasma (100kW), high performance denotation Gun, and DJ-2700 HVOF. Test apparatus include Rigaku D/max-IIIA X-ray, PHILPS XL30 scanning electron microscope and MH-6 micro-hardness tester etc. Except for R&D and education in the thermal spraying field, we also provide customer services covering design and manufacture of the spraying equipment, spraying of various coatings, characteristic analysis of the material etc.
